Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and wellbeing support to clients
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking and light housework
  • Accompany clients to appointments and activities
  • Support with personal care, such as washing and dressing

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.30
  • Contribution to travel expenses at 30p per mile
  • Paid travel time
  • Double time paid on bank holidays

Requirements:

  • Access to your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance
  • Ability to work a combination of morning and evening shifts, including alternative weekends and bank holidays
