We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our Railway Enforcement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a highly effective and motivated team who are dedicated to reducing crime, anti-social behaviour, and fare evasion on our railway network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of enforcement officers to ensure the security of our railway network
- Conduct high-visibility patrols on trains and at stations to prevent and detect crime
- Work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies to share intelligence and best practices
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and enforcement activities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour on our network
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team
- Previous experience of working in an environment with a high level of customer contact
- Previous experience working in an enforcement environment and dealing with conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
