At Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, we have an exciting opportunity for a Switchboard Team Lead to join our Informatics Department in Wrexham Maelor Hospital. This role will play a vital part in providing a comprehensive and high-quality switchboard service to our patients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About the Role

As a Switchboard Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the switchboard operations during night shifts. You will use a computer system to find patients who have been admitted and carry out emergency procedures as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment. Welsh and English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
