Job Responsibilities
- Measure and mark out materials accurately
- Operate various machinery, tools, and equipment to manufacture components
- Manufacture components to precise specifications
- Cut timber using machinery, ensuring accurate cuts and minimal waste
- Sand down and quality-check finished products
- Work towards maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow
Requirements
- Demonstrate good practical skills and attention to detail
- Show a keen willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Exercise initiative and work effectively as part of a small team
- Display reliability and punctuality in daily work
Education Requirements
A minimum of a Grade 9 in maths and English is required for this role.
