Responsibilities:

  • Perform groundwork tasks, including paving, drainage repairs, concreting, and small-scale excavation.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing groundwork issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in groundwork, particularly in property maintenance or repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid CSCS card.
