Job Title: Care Supervisor
Salary:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team within the Care Services department. Your focus will be on ensuring that our residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents
- Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded
- Deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner
- Provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication Administration qualification, and previous experience in a Senior Care role. You must also have demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team.
