Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Claims Advocate to join our team. As a Global Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for managing the claims programs of a selection of our UK and Global P&C clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop effective claims strategies to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims programs of a selection of our UK and Global P&C clients
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop effective claims solutions
- Review policy coverage and make arguments on behalf of our clients to deliver outstanding claims outcomes
- Author technical updates, executive summaries, and deliver training to our clients and internal stakeholders
- Undertake claims audits and provide expert advice to our clients and internal stakeholders
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized, technical, and robust claims advocate with extensive experience in PDBI, Motor, and Casualty claims. You should have an excellent understanding of the legal principles that underpin a wide range of insurance types. You should also be an excellent problem solver and researcher, able to investigate technical issues quickly and formulate appropriate advice to the best interests of our clients.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in PDBI, Motor, and Casualty claims
- Excellent understanding of the legal principles that underpin a wide range of insurance types
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective claims solutions
- Ability to review policy coverage and make arguments on behalf of our clients to deliver outstanding claims outcomes
