Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

RSE is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects for various clients, assisting in the installation, testing, and commissioning of control, instrumentation, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programs, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure project success.
  • Monitor standards to ensure specification compliance and quality standards are strictly maintained.
  • Carry out commissioning of LV Electrical systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems, including MCC's and associated field equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, line diagrams, and P&ID's to ensure accurate installation and commissioning.
  • Complete SAT and Asset Start-up, as well as commissioning documentation.
  • Participate in HAZCOMM activities for various projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Electrical/Instrumentation HND/HNC or equivalent.
  • Proven Mechanical & Electrical experience – full commissioning phase experience (installation, dry, wet, process testing).
  • Previous experience holding SAP or AP position and of PTW systems.
  • Experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for clean and wastewater projects on both new build and retrofit sites.
  • Experience in FAT, SAT testing, and fault finding.
  • Experience in telemetry end-to-end testing.
  • Profibus, Installation and Commissioning Certification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
