About the Role

Pilgrims Europe is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to assist the Operations Team Leaders in managing production operations and staff at our Ashbourne site.

This role involves coordinating the team and ensuring smooth operation of production processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating the team and operational activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or coordinator role
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
