About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Uniphore Technologies Inc. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our automation framework, ensuring seamless integration with our agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initial feature/project scoping and effort estimation to ensure accurate automation planning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automation documentation and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Keep automation test documentation up to date to ensure accurate tracking of test results.
  • Collaborate with the support and project office teams to provide functional and configuration clarifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in automation, with at least 4+ years of experience in C#.
  • Proven experience in automated QA processes in agile development environments.
  • 3 years' work experience in at least one of API automation (in C#), Web driver, JMeter, Postman.
  • Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals, including TDD & BDD.
  • Structured and precise approach to testing and documenting results.
  • An innovative, self-starter who is self-motivated and confident with excellent commercial acumen.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • ISEB/ISTQB Foundation certification.
  • DevOps experience.
