Shift Structure: 22hrs – 44hrs per week

Orchard Care Homes is committed to delivering high-quality individual care to meet the needs of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our care team to ensure that all individuals receive the highest standard of person-centred care.

You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents and formulating person-centred care plans, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. Administering medication safely is paramount, and all our nurses are provided with additional training to ensure competency and knowledge of the medication used in our homes.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is experienced in producing well-developed care plans and understands regulatory frameworks. You will be a team player who will lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team.
