Autolus Limited is a leading cell therapy company, seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Communications to join its Finance team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive corporate communications strategy, ensuring effective communication with the investment community, government stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging to position Autolus as a leading investable cell therapy company.
  • Drive a company-wide IR & external communications strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Establish key performance metrics for the IR & external communications function.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, thought leaders, and advisory boards to promote Autolus' value proposition.
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of communication deliverables and deadlines.
  • Utilize external communications channels to maintain consistent employer brand continuity.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory conditions, and competitive environments that may impact Autolus' product/service offerings.
  • Prepare presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on the investment community's perception of the company's financial results.
  • Represent the views of the investor community in the development of corporate strategy.
  • Assist in producing annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
