About the Role:

  • Picking and manually handling stock with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) correctly, following comprehensive training provided.
  • Working towards Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to drive performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To accurately pick and handle stock within designated areas of the warehouse.
  • To operate MHE safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team to meet KPI targets and contribute to the success of the operation.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to working weekends and flexible hours, with a preference for afternoons and evenings.
  • Fully trained and equipped to handle Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
