Job Title: HR Advisor
Job Purpose: To support our clients across the Southwest, Wales and Southern England with HR queries and employment document preparation. The role involves training on Breathe HR and interacting with a diverse range of professionals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client inquiries and preparing employment documents.
- Providing training on Breathe HR and other software systems.
- Supporting the production of employment documents and upkeep of customer CRM function.
- Representing the company at networking events and promoting HR and Leadership training courses.
Requirements:
- Study to A Level or degree, high standard of maths and English.
- Experience of HR processes, documentation and query handling.
- Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Ability to use IT and software packages, including Microsoft Office 365.
