Job Title: People & Culture Administrator

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people. As a People & Culture Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering P&C administration activities in your store, demonstrating high levels of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues.
  • Providing generalist administrative support covering areas of P&C including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
  • Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
  • Reporting on your activities and maintaining KPIs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal previous experience working as an Administrator.
  • A working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
  • A passion to do a good job.
