Senior Planning Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Associate to join our National Planning and Development Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of interesting projects, supporting senior colleagues on planning applications and local plan representations, with the aim of taking the lead on small-scale projects where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on planning applications and local plan representations
  • Support senior colleagues on planning projects
  • Take the lead on small-scale projects

Requirements:

  • Several years' working in planning, ideally including working within the private sector
  • Experience in local plan preparation and development management
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing demands
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to advocate ideas and solutions clearly
