Job Overview
A leading Bodyshop group is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their team in the Manchester area. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality body repairs and working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip and refit parts to ensure precision and attention to detail in body repairs
  • Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as per instructions, ensuring adherence to industry standards
  • Identify and report unseen damage to prevent discrepancies in estimates
  • Perform 4-wheel alignment, suspension work, GEO diagnostics, and other mechanical tasks as required

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a MET Technician or similar role is essential
  • ATA/NVQ certification or equivalent is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Hybrid training and ADAS accreditation are also beneficial

Compensation and Benefits
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, paid on a hourly rate basis of up to £19 per hour plus bonus. In addition to a generous salary, the successful candidate can expect to receive individual performance-based bonuses and enjoy a standard Monday-to-Friday working schedule.
