About the Role:
As a Nurse Care Specialist within Thistle Healthcare Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding care is provided to residents. With a strong clinical background, you will share your expertise and knowledge across the team, helping to develop our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents and service users
- Manage shifts through an online rota app
- Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of resident care
- Provide guidance and leadership to the care team
