As a key member of the agency's client portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results across multiple clients, worth circa £1.5 million annually. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our consumer brand clients, ensuring they remain at the forefront of their respective industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience managing a dedicated team of 8+ people. You will provide senior-level counsel to clients, including crisis management when required, and work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop organic growth opportunities.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to contribute to new business pitches, working closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your financial acumen will also be essential in developing forecasts, resourcing plans, and growth strategies for our accounts.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in client-facing roles within the communications industry. Your experience should include managing portfolios worth £1 million+, with a strong understanding of integrated comms landscapes and consumer brand marketing.
