We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as C.E.O.. This is a unique opportunity to lead a prominent charity and make a significant impact in the fight against bad housing and homelessness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering our strategic vision, driving our mission to end the housing emergency. You will represent us at the highest levels, championing housing justice with policymakers, the media, donors, and supporters.

We are looking for a passionate advocate for housing justice with a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. As an inspiring communicator, you will engage diverse audiences, from local communities to key decision-makers, while building partnerships and fostering collaboration across teams, volunteers, and supporters.

As a visionary leader, you will balance immediate priorities with long-term ambitions, driving progress even in an unpredictable external landscape.

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including 30 days of annual leave, enhanced family friendly policies, pension, and interest free travel loans. Our employees also have access to a tenancy deposit loan, payroll giving, cycle to work scheme, and an employee assistance programme.
