Role Overview:
The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a highly skilled Member Relations Assistant to join our accounts team at our Epsom Clubhouse.
About the Role:
This office-based position involves providing an exceptional service and member experience by handling member account queries over the phone. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex member queries with a customer-centric approach
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to build relationships and achieve goals
- Utilize high-level attention to detail and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain knowledge of club policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience with a track record of dealing with complex queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High-level attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
