Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Development Lead to join our team, responsible for leading our quality development initiatives and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with operational teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of learning and development;
  • Leading regular policy reviews to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements;
  • Designing, implementing, and managing customer and carer surveys to assess satisfaction and gather feedback on care quality;
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting governance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Producing clear and accurate reports on quality assurance activities to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance, governance, or compliance role, preferably within the care sector;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
