Job Description

As a Technical Service Owner, you will lead the optimization and enhancement of systems to ensure alignment with business needs post-implementation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party System Integrator (SI) partners to address issues and implement improvements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead system optimization and enhancement initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SI partners to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for business areas, facilitating communication and feedback to enhance system performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across relevant service areas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Service Owner or similar role, specifically with EPM, HCM, or Procurement systems.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and their functionalities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Confident, assertive, and able to make tough decisions when necessary to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Experience working in a recovery phase or post-implementation environment is highly desirable.
