Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Sales team with tasks such as producing reports, creating presentations, and tracking viewer data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce reports using in-house database systems to list available product across all kids and family programming.
  • Create regular kids content related presentations, liaising with Business Development, Marketing, Research Consumer Products, Franchise Management and Product teams as needed.
  • Work with our YouTube team to track viewer data related to kids content.
  • Maintain franchise trackers in key territories for well-known Dreamworks Animation IP.
  • Identify opportunities for new sales and enter them in our database.
  • Regularly update clients with product information and proactively gather customer feedback.
  • Work with research to provide kids industry updates and territory market overviews.
  • Assist with market/conference prep, including preparation of avails for each meeting and presentations.
  • Assist with Dreamworks Channels management and curation/presentations for Dreamworks Channels FAST/AVOD opportunities.
  • Work closely with several internal departments to ensure client support and provision of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliable, detail focused, strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to balance and prioritize a busy workload in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive and solution-focused individual with a positive attitude.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently yet as an integral part of a close-knit team.
