Job Title: Corporate Security Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Management Position to join our team at ICTS Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the security operations on site, ensuring the safety and security of our prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day security activities, including supervising security officers and conducting regular checks and patrols.
  • Liaise with the Site Security Manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Investigate security incidents, writing reports and providing recommendations for improving security procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of security activities, including incident reports and equipment maintenance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • A strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including SIA checks and risk assessments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
