As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the people management agenda for a portfolio of Operations & Support Functions, ensuring seamless integration and execution of various HR functions.
This exciting role acts as a facilitator of HR and business processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the UK HR Manager and play a key role in fostering employee well-being, promoting talent development, and driving business performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Staffing Planning: Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure the project is adequately resourced.
- Mobilization and Demobilization: Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of staff, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Global Mobility: Manage global mobility processes, including immigration and permitting with identified agents.
- P&C Processes: Execute P&C processes to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Workload Distribution: Oversee workload distribution to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
- Talent Development: Promote employee well-being through various initiatives and support mechanisms.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to managers in performance, talent, and engagement management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Single Point of Contact: Act as a Single Point of Contact for OCs HRBPs & IM Officers and Managers from the project on HR-related matters such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR contractual issues.
- Business Relationships: Build strong business relationships with managers and provide HR support, leveraging the P&C organization.
- Talent Identification: Support the Project HR team and managers in identifying talents, building succession plans, and staffing the project with the right competencies and skills in line with career expectations.
- P&C Practices: Liaise with the P&C Project team to ensure consistent P&C practices.
- Global Mobility: Manage the company's mobilization policies for projects/sites and apply international mobility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably HR related).
- Skills: Knowledge on Labour laws, HR management methods, and tools. International Management is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (listening, analysing, and influencing people).
- Planning: Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Language: Fluent in English.
