Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Class People, a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in education from early years through to secondary education.

About the Role

This is a temporary opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work in a range of early years settings in the Ross-on-Wye and Ledbury area. As a trusted and flexible individual, you will provide high-quality support to early years establishments in need of temporary cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary support to early years settings in the Ross-on-Wye and Ledbury area
  • Work with a variety of early years and nursery settings in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Devon, and Somerset
  • Support the development of early years education and care in the region
  • Collaborate with Class People's dedicated consultant to ensure a smooth and successful experience
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 2 or 3 standard in a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, BEd, etc.)
  • Flexible and willing to support a range of establishments
  • Paediatric First Aid qualified or willing to undertake the course
  • A driver and/or willing to travel via public transport to attend assignments
