About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Brackley. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a slight shift adjustment to 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM once every 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing orders for dispatch in the Goods Out department.
  • Preparing all orders for shipping with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring that all goods are handled with care and packed to company standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
