We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Brackley. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a slight shift adjustment to 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM once every 2-3 weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing orders for dispatch in the Goods Out department.
- Preparing all orders for shipping with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all goods are handled with care and packed to company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Competitive starting salary of £23,500, increasing to £24,500 after successful completion of the probationary period.
- Enhanced starting salary of £25,000 for candidates with an FLT licence.
