We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client, a leading logistics company, to join our team at Pertemps Cardiff.

Job Summary:

As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting car parts from various sites and customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect car parts from various sites and customers across the UK.
  • Operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Digital Tacho Card and Qualification card.
  • 12 months HGV experience.
  • No more than 6 points.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £16.44 (PAYE).
  • Time and a half after 42 hours worked.
  • Driver assessment and training available.
