Job Title: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with building operating manuals and contract service levels. This will involve providing mobile support for other PPP sites within and outside of the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with O&M Manuals and service levels.
  • Implement and coordinate the activities of specialist subcontractors into the PPM programme.
  • Carry out RM in response to Help Desk requirements in compliance with contract service level outputs.
  • Report back to the Help Desk and Site FM on completion of PPM and RM tasks.
  • Provide information in support of contract reports supplied to the client.
  • Support the Regional FM and Site FM in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract.
Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds Mechanical or Fabric Discipline.
  • Basic Electrical Maintenance Experience.
  • Previous experience within a building services maintenance role.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
