HSE Coordinator - Manufacturing Industry Job Description

This prominent manufacturing business seeks an accomplished HSE Coordinator to lead the development and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) related to Health, Safety, and Environmental processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Embed a culture of workplace safety and wellbeing among colleagues.
  • Guarantee adherence to legal requirements, company guidelines, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate contractor inductions and keep Factory Risk Assessments up-to-date.
  • Mentor and support the factory team to enhance performance and address skills gaps.
  • Gather, analyse, and present HSE data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the Safety Health & Environment Strategy.
  • Offer authoritative advice on resolving H&S issues and reducing environmental impact.
  • Conduct regular Toolbox Talks, highlighting priorities for action based on data-driven insights.
