Marketing and Membership Officer

Pertemps Plymouth is seeking an experienced and qualified Marketing and Membership Officer to deliver new business development and marketing services to support our client's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement membership development and commercial income generation strategies
  • Provide marketing services to support membership development, including digital and trade activity
  • Work closely with our client, local council marketing and events team, Business Improvement Districts, and key stakeholders across the city
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Seek sponsorship and commercial funding for events, activities, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns
  • Organise member events, the annual conference, and regular networking events
  • Agree, plan, and organise visits for trade and media
  • Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with details of sales calls and relationship activity
  • Ensure consistent compliance with General Data Protection Regulations when dealing with members' financial and security information
