About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused individual to join our team as a Scheme Manager at Cirencester Court, a leasehold Retirement Living scheme in Swindon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme, ensuring a consistently excellent housing management service is provided. This includes overseeing repairs, grounds maintenance, and environmental contracts to a high standard.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety of the scheme by conducting regular compliance checks, including health & safety, building safety, and fire safety.

You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met, and you will be responsible for communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment, preferably with older adults. A Level 3 Housing Management qualification or willingness to work towards one is also essential.

This part-time role offers a salary of £14,939.43 per annum (£26,144 per annum, full-time equivalent), working 20 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
