At 2i Testing, we're looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and leading teams to implement context-specific quality strategies, considering system-wide quality expectations, business value, and risk, as well as technology architecture.

The successful candidate will have experience working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS-focused, and collaborating with DevOps Engineers/DevOps Leads to implement Quality Engineering best practices and processes that weave through the entire testing pyramid, mapping to CI/CD pipelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of projects and clients, using your skills and expertise to develop and expand your skillset and knowledge.

The estimated salary for this position is £110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a team lead, you will be expected to mentor, coach, and teach more junior team members, providing support to implement strategic approaches, perform test activities, and develop their skills.
