Learning Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Manager to join our team at Axonify. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for transforming source content into engaging communications and micro-learning content.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Learning Content Managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to shape instructional design processes, practices, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of trends and technologies that contribute to improving our services.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and improve the customer experience.
- Assist in scheduling and planning for the team of Learning Content Managers.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and with excellent quality.
- University degree in Writing, English, or Communications, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- 6+ years of relevant writing or instructional design experience.
- People leadership/mentorship experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Personal drive for the highest quality.
- Demonstrated a high level of professionalism and leadership.
- Demonstrated focus on effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and provide effective feedback.
