They are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to migrate their on-premises IT infrastructure to cloud-based servers and support back-office systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud infrastructures, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, SaaS, and related technologies. They will also have a comprehensive grasp of IT security principles and knowledge of networking, routing, switches, VPNs, and proxy servers.

The Cloud Systems Engineer will be responsible for administering servers and Kubernetes orchestrated containerised software deployments in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, as well as administering Microsoft Azure DevOps development environment, Linux server provisioning and support, VMware vSphere infrastructure support, and Microsoft Windows Server administration.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a degree-level education or equivalent qualifications and experience. They should also have experience with Windows and Linux server administration, knowledge of networking, and a comprehensive grasp of IT security principles.

This is a predominantly remote role working closely with a remote team, with occasional team meetings and company events at the Worcester HQ. The ideal candidate should be located within an hour's travel to Worcester.
