Strategic Product Lead for Web and Mobile Geospatial Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Lead to join our IQGeo Services Team, supporting the implementation of our cutting-edge Web and Mobile Mapping Software for domestic and international enterprise customers in the Telecommunications markets.

About the Role

This pivotal position will play a crucial role in ensuring successful planning and execution of projects with significant scope and complexity. As a Strategic Product Lead, you will be responsible for managing communication and collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and deliverables. Your key objective will be to translate these requirements into product/solution requirements, achieving a definition of ready.

You will create user stories for development backlogs with acceptance criteria based on customer-provided requirements, manage development backlog prioritization, and identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.

A strong relationship builder, you will develop trusted-advisor relationships within the customer's project team and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies. You must possess a deep understanding of complex software, system, and platform technology, as well as UI/UX principles.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent domain knowledge of telecommunications networks, particularly network planning, construction, and maintenance programs, along with experience working with web mapping software and/or geographical information systems.

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited university in Geomatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of software technology and industry experience. They will also possess Certified Scrum Product Owner certification and demonstrate experience delivering large-scale, complex projects.

Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits package including:
