Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve store profitability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Ensure all store operations are running smoothly, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales analysis, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve store profitability.
