About the Role


As a Digital Community Consultant at EE, you will be responsible for enhancing customers' digital lives and discussing the right products for them.


This is a sales advisor role that involves talking to customers over the phone about how to improve their digital experiences and find suitable solutions. We'll provide training on our products and services so you can confidently discuss them with customers.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Talking to customers over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing guidance on how to enhance their digital lives and suggesting suitable products
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Salary Estimate


We estimate this role to pay between £23,504 and £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
