Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals affected by substance misuse.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve service targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Manage and analyze data to inform service development and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a social care or related setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
