Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals affected by substance misuse.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve service targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform service development and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a social care or related setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive service improvement.
