As an Emergency Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, advising, and referring or discharging patients, all within pre-determined guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to utilize clinical audit, research, supervision of practice, and teaching to monitor and improve standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing autonomous clinical care to patients presenting with a wide range of injuries, illnesses, and ailments.
  • Working to national and hospital guidelines in relation to evidence-based best practice.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Suturing, plastering, and X-ray experience.
  • NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Experience working within A&E or urgent care centers.
  • Experience working within primary care.
