About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team at Victim Support. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to victims of anti-social behaviour, helping them to cope and recover from their experiences.

Key responsibilities will include establishing contact with victims, assessing their needs, and providing them with appropriate information and support. You will work independently, prioritizing a busy workload and managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar setting or position, with a strong ability to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, and develop individual support plans. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a focus on customer service and care.
