We are seeking an Industrial Automation Professional to join our team at MEG Derby Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment. Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
  • Implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the management team to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Install and maintain electrical wiring, piping, systems and fixtures in buildings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) according to The International Food Standard (IFS).

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical course and 18th Edition course (or a 17th with a view to 18th edition) required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 days UK bank holiday per year.
  • Contributory pension scheme.
