Interim HR Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As an Interim HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to our clients, including internal and external stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative business solutions and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

  1. Provide sound and professional advice and support to allocated clients, including practical support prior to and during hearings and investigations.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and guidance for managers and employees.
  3. Design and develop succinct and practical HR policies, procedures, and guidance that suit our clients' needs.
  4. Write effective reports for management meetings and/or committees.
  5. Operate in a HR environment, handling multiple casework, which can often be complex, requiring proactive and strategic advice and support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in HR, with a solid service record, working on multiple casework, which can often be complex.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
