We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As an Interim HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to our clients, including internal and external stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative business solutions and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide sound and professional advice and support to allocated clients, including practical support prior to and during hearings and investigations.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and guidance for managers and employees.
- Design and develop succinct and practical HR policies, procedures, and guidance that suit our clients' needs.
- Write effective reports for management meetings and/or committees.
- Operate in a HR environment, handling multiple casework, which can often be complex, requiring proactive and strategic advice and support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in HR, with a solid service record, working on multiple casework, which can often be complex.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
