About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and social interaction among residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
