Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are representing a well-known and highly regarded civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering some of the UK's most recognisable and technically challenging projects. Operating across sectors such as water, marine, land remediation, and energy, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting renewable energy project based in Edinburgh.

1. Oversee projects from tender through to final account, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely completion.
2. Produce detailed forecasts of project costs, providing valuable insights for operational teams.
3. Prepare and submit commercial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
4. Provide commercial assistance to operational teams and others when required, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.

1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a strong foundation in commercial principles.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the Civil Engineering sector, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
