Swimming Teacher: Teach and Inspire with Fusion Lifestyle

We are seeking a qualified swimming teacher to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a swimming teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Your primary goal will be to instil a lifelong love of swimming in your students, while also ensuring they develop essential skills and techniques. You will work closely with other instructors to plan and deliver lessons, as well as provide support and guidance to students who may need extra help.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of teaching best practices and be able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and management.

In addition to their teaching responsibilities, you will be required to comply with Swim England's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of students, as well as maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.

This is a permanent position with set working hours and days, and we offer a competitive salary package, including free gym and swim membership at Fusion centres. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
