About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Governance Analyst to join our team at Allianz.

This is a part-time role in Guildford, with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organisation's governance, risk management, and compliance function activities, including:

  1. Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies;
  2. Maintaining a risk register and tracking mitigation activities;
  3. Ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external regulations;

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will conduct regular audits and assessments, develop documentation for Compliance activities, and provide guidance and training to staff on governance, risk, and compliance matters.

They will also perform control testing activities, document procedures, results, and findings, and stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field, along with Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification, is required for this position.
