We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team at Vistry North East, based in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining construction programmes for a growing number of Mixed Tenure Housing and Partner Delivery Housing & Multi-Storey Schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain construction programmes for multiple projects
  • Provide support to Contract Managers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of specialist programming software, such as Project and Asta
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
