Job Summary:

Our client, a leading provider of recruitment services, is seeking a talented Premises Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our sites, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors, and building strong relationships with our tenants and contractors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic environment. You will be working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including maintenance, repairs and facilities management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, neighbours and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills

Salary Information:
£22.00 per hour via umbrella or £37.95 PAYE, Monday to Friday.
